Friday Weigh-In....Meh

200 grams.

That's all I lost this week. 200 grams.

I spent ages on the treadmill...did the regular weight and cardio sessions and watched what I ate and drank.

200 grams?!

Ahh well, I suppose it's a loss, which is better than a gain....But 200 grams?
